This is by far one of the nicest parks we have stayed in. The owners and staff are friendly and accommodating. All the roads are concrete, wide and easy to navigate. Sites are large and well maintained. Mostly pull thrus with back ins around the perimeter of the park. This is a fairly new park so not many activities yet. We were here for an RV Owners rally and we will stay here again.

We arrived at the park and were disappointed with the access road from County Road 125. The access road is rough gravel. Once in the park the roads are paved but narrow and care must be taken to maneuver between some areas. There is not much room between the pull thru sites. The park itself is scenic and clean. The staff (workcampers) has been pleasant and helpful. I rated the park as I did only because of the access road, surrounding area has nothing to offer and lack of nearby shopping. The nearest grocery is 8 miles.

We,ve been here 2 weeks now and my only complaint is the WIFI. It will cut out unexpectedly. The KOA staff put on a Thanksgiving feed, Ice cream socials and pancake breakfasts. Some sites are a bit small but ours, E4, is fine. Cable is not in all areas and the trees may block satellite signals in some sites. The pool and hot tub are clean. The staff (work campers) have all been great. The bus system works well. The park is in an industrial area mostly consisting of truck terminals but still very quiet. I will return next year.

This is an Army Corps of Engineers Park. It has huge sites and most were paved and level. All of the sites we saw had nice gravel patios and included a sheltered picnic table and charcoal or wood burning grill as well as a fire ring. The Gatekeepers are friendly and helpful. We only stayed 2 nights but will use this park again on our travels through Texas. There are many options for group outings and Camping Club Rallies. The scenery was great even though the water level was low. There is a private marina nearby for boaters. The park is also very well groomed. We were able to watch the deer stroll through our site during the early evening hours.

This is a nice park but all sites are grass. The lake is really a large pond. Fishing is allowed without a license. The sites are large and roomy. The hosts are work campers and friendly and helpful. Road noise can be heard from I88 but is tolerable. Plenty of nearby shopping. I would stay again.

We use this campground as a home base for the summer. About 60 of the 74 sites are seasonal. There are open sites for overnight or weekend/extended camping. All of the sites are gravel. There is a Bar along with an activity room adjacent to the pool. The owners are friendly and the grounds are kept clean. The campground is open year round but the water at the sites is turned off. The current seasonal rate is $950.
